why do I always speak too soon..??!

So...yes I spoke too soon again! Out of ALL the millions of estate agents in London...yes I pick this one! Long story...its late, am covered in all beer and cleaning fluid and other wonderful All Bar One bits, so it is not the time for a long complicated story...ie the actual one! So an abbreviated one...our estate agent, as I found out this morinng when I turn up with the holding deposit, 'departed' the company today, not voluntarily! SO...turns out that our house is, in fact, not not the price we believed it was; and cannot be held until August! SO!...an awfully nice Australian called Rory sorted it out...in that we can still have it for the original price, BUT..we have to move in at the end of July! Thats - 2 weeks time - and during soulinhtecity..aaarghh! Also - means me paying 2 months rent for when Im not going to be able to live there (Panama) which is just a bugger! So ya....all good! Poor Sarah got back from her holidays today to find things in  rather different state to when she left! Its all fine though...we're STILL excited about our lovely flat...and what would life be without colourful characters such as Brandon the estate agent ey?!
