I found this piece interesting - especially the part about bloggers in Africa airing their views about the Live8 concerts as they were happening. So many lives and stories and situations entwined in this big thing called the world wide web - how cut off and isolated would we all feel if the whole thing went down tomorrow?! interesting point aims, was watching the learning zone on channel 4 and they showed a political drama type thing set about 10 yrs in the future...labour and the tories both just...disappeared and the scary democratic consensus party decided to shut down the internet.
