Grey is the New Pink

No you haven't stumbled across the wrong blog...this is still Amy's blog! I decided I wanted a new loo...the pink was a little too pink for me I think, this grey thing is a whole lot more mellow. Also, a lot of my clothes are grey or include grey at the moment - so my blog and I now co-ordinate beautifully! ;o)
However, the downside to all of this is that I lost everything from my old blog - as in my links and my images etc. This was a nasty shock...when it told me that I would lose changes to the template I didn't realise it meant THOSE templates...I did think of checking with blog guru Esther, But I didn't and my hasty fingers clicked 'continue'. I'm trying to rebuild...but a strong point of mine html is not, so it may be a slow process!

p.s. I've tried to re-add my links...have I missed anyone's blog out? I can't remember how many people I had linked last time!

misc

Felt I should do a bit of an update...haven't been here for a while!
So, what's been happening? Been muy busy.
Went to part of the Steve Reich birthday celebrations, which was very cool. Saw the Kronos string quartet, DJ Spooky, some Brian Eno stuff, and Steve himself - very impressive. Felt very sorry for Coldcut..who's laptop crashed 3/4 way through their performance, in front of a very full Barbican theatre!!
Still plowing on with the cello and enjoying it..I can play tunes now and evwything.
I've been doing quite a lot of (accidental) celebrity spotting lately. Billy and Minty from Eastenders were at the same pub quiz as me recently, then Sam Mitchell (also an 'ender) sat opposite me on the tube. Also, when I got my new birthday coat from Ted Baker, Ted himself was there inspecting the stock layout (I wouldn't have known..the shop assistant pointed him out to me). And then, whilst working at Harrods (with WV) this week Claudia Schiffer (she really does look like that in real life..there is nothing to air brush) asked me where the shoe department was. I also nearly got run over by a paparazzi on a bicycle outside Harrods, minding my own business with my coffee I was, how rude.
What else?..hmm. Princess Satsuma the wabbit is fine. I'm going on holiday (yay) to Devon end of Nov..space in the cottage, let me know if you want to come.
Think that's enough updating for now. Hope you're all well, take care.
